As the only Comprehensive DBT program in Central Illinois, we’re proud to provide truly adherent DBT along with a range of highly effective therapeutic approaches. Our evidence based clinical services are unique to this entire region—drawing clients not only from our local community but state-wide looking for Comprehensive DBT and DBT-informed care.

We are expanding our clinical team and currently seeking:
DBT Therapist (Comprehensive DBT Track)
Psychotherapist – Evidence-Based Therapy (Non-DBT Track)
DBT Therapist (Comprehensive DBT Track)
Ideal Candidate:
A motivated, confident, and compassionate clinician who is eager to provide adherent DBT to both adults and adolescents within a supportive, growth-oriented team. Previous DBT experience is a plus, but willingness to learn adherent DBT is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual DBT therapy and co-facilitate DBT skills groups
Maintain an individual caseload (may include some non-DBT clients)
Participate in consultation team and receive ongoing DBT supervision
Psychotherapist – Evidence-Based Therapy (Non-DBT Track)
Ideal Candidate:
A clinician who enjoys outpatient work and delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused therapies — without the requirement to participate in the full DBT program.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities
Build a caseload aligned with your areas of interest and specialization
Collaborate with our team and refer internally for DBT when appropriate
Qualifications (Both Tracks)
Active LCSW, LCPC, LMHC in Illinois (associate-level licenses welcome)
Commitment to evidence-based, ethical clinical care
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for professional growth
Commitment to work in group practice for the long term
Availability for afternoon/evening hours 2–3x per week preferred
Clinical Hours: 20-30 individual therapy hours/week
DBT Track: individual hours, DBT skills group and consultation team participation
Non-DBT Track: Groups optional; flexible focus based on modality

Pay: $58-$80 per clinical hour (depending on license/experience)
Annual Compensation (dependent on caseload): Entry-level clinicians typically earn $60K-$90K in their first year; more experienced clinicians can earn more.
