Saheli Sheth, LCSW

Saheli Sheth, LCSW, comes to us with a wealth of experience working with adolescents, parents, and caregivers. She absolutely loves getting to know teens, and she is energized by helping caregivers parent in a way that aligns with their values. She believes in seeing the best in each of her clients, taking into account their life experiences for a trauma-informed approach. Her goal is to make each individual feel accepted as they are.

Saheli is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training from the Circle of Security parenting program, as well as sexual assault crisis response training. She is also well-versed in the Theraplay Level 1 program, which improves the caregiver-child dynamic. She looks forward to working with teens and young adults at DBTICI in both individual therapy and Multi-Family DBT Group. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
