Our evidence based clinical services are unique to this entire region—drawing clients not only from our local community but state-wide looking for Comprehensive DBT and DBT-informed care.

Ideal Candidate:A motivated, confident, and compassionate clinician who is eager to learn and provide adherent DBT to both adults and adolescents within a supportive, growth-oriented team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual DBT therapy and phone coaching (advanced trainees)
- Provide individual DBT informed therapy (beginning and advanced trainees)
- Provide supportive (non-DBT) individual therapy geared toward clinician’s interest
- Co-facilitate DBT skills groups
- Attend weekly DBT Consultation Team meetings
- Attend weekly DBT didactics
- Attend weekly individual supervision with Dr. Perisin
- Collaborate on implementation of DBT program outcome measures and results
